What a soul-nourishing weekend it was! From the moment we arrived at The Abbey on Friday afternoon to our final reflections by the water before leaving on Sunday, the Raymond Island Retreat offered space to reconnect—with ourselves, with each other, and with the Divine.
Highlights included:Koala spotting on Friday afternoon and a reflective forest bathing walk after Fajr
Deeply moving workshops on self-compassion, intention setting, and spiritual tools for everyday life
Heartfelt sharing circles and beautiful moments of sisterhood and connection
