Iftar Dinner 2026
Allhumd’lilla, UMSLV executive committee is overwhelmed with gratitude as we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us last night for our annual Iftar gathering 2026!
A huge shout-out to our sponsors Department of premier and cabinet, Latrobe City Council and all community members who contributed financially and helped behind the scenes – your silent support means a lot.
To our dedicated exec community members and their families, thank you for your unwavering support and hard work in making this event a success.
We’re thrilled to hear the evening resonated with you all! We’re grateful for the positive feedback, including those who shared it was their first event and felt welcomed and at home. “Today I’m getting the true feeling of Ramadan” – moments like these make all the effort worthwhile.
And as one guest put it, “Loving the flavours of cultural food.”
The event was attended by new families and children making new connections and friendships.
To everyone who joined, thank you for being part of Iftar night.
